Job Description

  Seasonal Wage Increase + Sign on Bonus    ***Insource Performance Solutions would like to extend this exciting opportunity through Hanesbrands in Kings Mountain***   Picker/Packer Positions with growth opportunities.    Requirements: Extended periods of standing and walking. Must be a reliable Team Player. Flexibility in being able to work multiple areas and perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor. Advancement opportunity through certification and training with increased pay potential.   Depending on what site you are selected for, the following could be your schedule:

2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm(Monday - Friday)

  or

2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday)
  (Shifts could vary by 1/2 hour depending on the site.  There is also a possibility of working overtime, meaning earlier start times, later end time or possibly working the weekends depending on the needs of the client)   Pay Rates: 2nd Shift $14.00 + production +  $200 sign on bonus paid after 160 hours (must be in good standing)
