Job Description

Merakey is seeking a  Full Time Dual Diagnosis (Mental Health and IDD) Administrative Assistant  based out of  Hamilton, OH serving counties across South Western Ohio.   The Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) program offers support to children and adults who have both a serious mental illness and a developmental disability. Participants receive counseling, physical healthcare, support finding housing, assistance during crises, and help dealing with other issues in their daily lives.

Associate degree  and/or  1-3 years of experience managing office responsibilities in a clinical setting. Applicants must demonstrate prior experience with: Record keeping and filing General clerical skills (i.e. phone etiquette, word processing, data entry, report generation) Claims processing and reconciliation Supporting program staff in completion of their responsibilities Excellent organizational, problem-solving and people skills Applicants must also possess a valid driver's license and ability to pass appropriate state and federal clearance
