Job Description

General Summary

Perform administrative and other clerical duties for COR Operations

Essential Job Functions Provide Fertilizer Order Numbers to locations on a timely basis to ensure high service level capability across COR locations, by monitoring service mailbox and communicating with fertilizer vendors & location personnel. Support District & Location personnel in fulfilling contract shipping requirements by reviewing Daily Fertilizer Position reports and communicating details of open loads approaching the end of the contract. Resolve Agronomy Issue Tracker tickets related to Fertilizer by researching, solving and addressing questions, invoicing challenges, etc. Clear tickets within 5 days. Resolve Suspended EDI Items file on a daily basis to ensure all transactions transmit within reporting deadlines. Assist in EDI reconciliation with CPP, Turf and Seed vendors as required to ensure seamless reporting & rebate redemption. Assist in Merchant Ag Item maintenance activities such as Item Add, Item Cross Reference and Item changes for Fertilizer, Seed and CPP items. Assist Product Line Leads in pricing processes and data reporting requests. Foster Agronomy Product Line & Operations communications with field staff as appropriate. (Example: Prepare Weekly COR Communication Notes and distribute to field staff) Performs other duties as apparent or assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Agronomy or COR experience preferred

 

Requirements Good communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

Work Environment Job functions are performed in an office environment While traveling may have contact with hazardous materials and drive/travel and work in adverse weather conditions
