Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights, CRM and Analytics, the Analyst, CRM and Consumer Insights will leverage data and analytics to facilitate fact-based decision-making across Cole Haan's CRM, Membership and Consumer Insights disciplines. The role will be deeply engaged with Cole Haan’s existing consumer data while designing next-generation consumer engagement models and analyzing performance to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Curious and creative self-starters and divergent thinkers who love data will be highly successful in this role.

 

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Studies consumer behavior across Cole Haan’s digital and brick-and-mortar retail channels, and leverages data platforms to create and share breakthrough insights that drive change in marketing, brand, assortment, channel, and consumer experience strategy Identifies actionable growth opportunities based on deep understanding of consumer and market, and partners with internal stakeholder teams to ensure learnings are shared Provides analytical support for cross-functional strategic projects spanning marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, operations, and finance teams Builds and maintains consumer segmentation models and targeted audiences for email, digital, and direct mail marketing campaigns based on observed behavior and predicted outcomes Manages data flows across consumer insight and activation platforms, including CRM (Aptos), analytics (Google Analytics, Snowflake, Tableau), and consumer data platform (ActionIQ) Designs, builds, and maintains real-time reports and dashboards in Tableau to disseminate information and insights across all levels of the organization Participates in the design, set up, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing for digital consumer experiences Ensures quality and timeliness of analytical deliverables Develops and maintains relationships with internal stakeholder teams and external partners
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, or related field 2+ years in a data-centric analytics role, preferably within CRM/consumer analytics Proficient in SQL, Excel; R and/or Python a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills including influence and leader engagement Experience with CRM databases and CDP tools preferred Hands-on experience with Tableau or other data analysis/visualization tools preferred Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics preferred Coursework in data science, business analytics, or advanced statistics preferred Experience with Retail/Fashion Experience a plus

 

This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
