Job Description

As the People Systems Manager you will provide administration and management of the Human Resources Systems while supporting the employee engagement experience at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following: Assist with People (HR) technology systems, including but not limited to the HRIS systems and interfaces. Investigate programs/processes and data to solve human resources problems through the use of technology. Provide People Department security administration support through defining access for HR systems and respective follow-up. Responsible for system administration tasks within the HRIS system. Maintain control of the codes in the HRIS system. Assist with transaction data entry and onsite parking administration tasks when needed. Provide application system support to the HRIS application software users. Use various query and report writing tools to access HRIS system information and create reports for the user departments. Responsible for the timely and accurate creation and distribution of required information reports for outside entities such as local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Train users and provide support for Human Resources software programs. Attend and/or organize project meetings, document discussion and action items. Provide excellent customer service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: At least two years' experience in HRIS administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio and specific HRIS application systems. Proficiency with SQL based query tools and report writer Bachelor's degree in related field of specialty or an equivalent of education and experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment on an independent basis and with minimal supervision. Proven experience working in an organized, methodical, and detailed oriented Polished appearance and demeanor. Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English. Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules policies, procedures and state & federal regulatory requirements. At least 21 years of age.

Preferred: Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting. HRIS administration experience using ADP Vantage and Infinium.
