ASRC Federal Netcentric Technologies is seeking an Activity Management Analysts to support planning and project programming activities under the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract in Albuquerque, NM.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate inventory of all Air Force assets managed by the installation and provide analytic and diagnostic evaluation concerning the value, condition, and functionality of those assets. Chair base-wide Asset Management Plans (AMP) meetings, maintain unit representatives, collect timely submittals, and publish meeting minutes. Validate GIS, BUILDER, and other SMS data to ensure accuracy for proper reporting/integration. Integrate AMP requirements and priorities from various stakeholders to produce an approved Base AMP to submit to higher headquarters. Present recommendations for energy and maintenance efficiencies and present Return on Investment analyses. Ensure proper training and support for unit and various on base AMP/SubAMP related appointees. Develop and update trackers, reports and briefings. Participate in or conduct briefings, meetings, conferences, design charrettes, etc. involving Asset Management matters. Works closely with Government business teams, collaborating across client organizations with interconnected requirements, requiring integration. Perform additional Asset Management functions as needed.
The Activity Management Analysts must have bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: (a) electrical, mechanical, structural, or civil engineering from a program certified by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET); (b) architecture from a program certified by the National Architecture Accrediting Board; or (c) construction management from a program certified by the American Council For Construction Education.
Three years' combined experience in engineering, architecture, or construction asset optimization and/or asset management.
Must possess analytical abilities necessary to manage complex administrative, organizational, and contract matters. Must be able to prepare presentations for and brief military leadership. Must possess strong computer skills, including, but not limited to BUILDER and Microsoft Office products. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance. Must have and maintain a valid US driver's license. Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must be capable of working with customers and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
This position will work primarily in an office environment with extensive sitting and computer work.
The work conditions are in an office with little or no physical discomfort.
