The Business Systems Analyst will formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to support and administer moderately complex information systems. Analyze and revise existing systems features to accommodate business problems and documentation as vital. Partner with team members and internal IT staff to design effective solutions to solve business problems, enhance efficiency and improve reporting. Prepare functional requirements, develop test plans, and support production-related issues. Provide direct support and resolution of day-to-day problems by troubleshooting moderately complex business applications. Perform data, permission, and systems license audits to align with company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and develop process workflows and business logic rules. Guide end users towards applying leading practices and guidelines. Prepare and deliver end-user training programs to include new users and refresher courses. Document application related issues through the change management system. Maintain application security roles, permissions, and user licensing. Perform system set-up, onboarding, and backup administration for E&C project tools and systems, including but not limited to Aconex, Intralinks, SharePoint, Aveva, Field Tools, and Power BI Dashboards. Act as primary resource to end-users on new implementations, integrated interfaces, and major system enhancements. Comprehend and gather requirements, design solutions, train end-users, lead testing, complete SDLC and change management documentation. Keep abreast of system updates/new features, conduct training, and update documentation. Work multi-functionally with Solutions Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Business Solutions Developers, and stakeholders to effectively support delivering quality solutions to business problems. Provide technical expertise and leadership to other team members with tools and best practices regarding current and new systems. Communicate with all levels of management and end-users during analysis, development, testing, and operational phases including status updates, issue identification, and approval requirements. Respond to internal and external audit requests for information. Ensure internal controls are effective. Manage end-user security and licensing to ensure they follow company policy. Travel to company sites for requirements gathering, support, training and implementations. Provide after-hours support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
Education Associate's degree in information management, IT or related field is preferred.
Experience 4+ years of experience in information management. Required Experience with SharePoint, Aconex and/or Ariba preferred.
Skills and Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of system administration. Strong professional communication, organization and coordination skills. Proficient with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). Demonstrated knowledge of and skills in project/task management.
