Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a successful Go-To-Market strategy for named federal system integrator accounts. You will focus on developing sell-to and sell-through revenue opportunities within the top federal systems integrators (FSI's) in the U.S. Federal market.

 

Our Regional Sales Managers are responsible for understanding and influencing customer-specific technology requirements, resulting in the adoption of Spirent Communication solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for all account communications, customer relationships, technology education, and new business development. You will also be responsible for constructing and executing account sales plans and delivering against booking and revenue targets.

Bachelor's degree with technical focus from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. A Master's degree is a plus but not required. Minimum 3+ years of technology sales experience working with the federal government and federal system integrators. Proven track record of results-oriented sales and partner management that sets and achieves metrics for partner recruiting, enablement, opportunity generation, revenue. Experience building annual business plans with partners, managing QBRs, and developing corrective action plans. Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions. Self-starter that is highly motivated, willing to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, enjoys defining and driving successful outcomes. Ability to travel 50%.
