Essential Job Functions : Greets arriving and departing guests in a friendly and positive manner, and provides information and/or direction as requested . Provides guests assistance with the coat check process. Hangs and organizes coats and other belongings within the designated order system. Returns personal belongings to guests in an orderly and efficient manner. Maintains a clean and organized coat check area at all times. Properly completes paperwork in regards to lost or stolen items. Build and maintains a relations with guest, Team Members and management. Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualification: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests, supervisors, and Team Members. Strong customer service skills are required. Excellent verbal communication skills coupled with strong conflict, resolution and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and organization. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands: Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Able to stand and lift coats repeatedly over the course of a shift. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to stoop or kneel and stand for long periods of time. Regularly required to move with a sense of urgency, including pivoting and shuffling. Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a work environment that is frequently faced paced and noisy.
