Responsible for managing the region's commercial business and a team of outside salespeople that generate HVAC equipment and parts sales to mechanical contractors, owners, and select residential replacement dealers. You will also manage a team of inside sales engineers that establish new accounts, maintain existing accounts, create/manage quotes, and orders, and introduce new products and drive sales programs. Some limited overnight travel within the region will be required. This position provides growth opportunities for future advancement within various parts of the business and reports to the VP of Sales.
