Job Description

Reads and routes incoming email Organizes and maintains file system Answers and screens manager's telephone calls Greet scheduled visitors Assure communication and coordination between Culinary & all other hotel departments  Checks payroll daily and makes edits as needed & approve time cards Assist with scheduling and paid time off requests Attends daily BEO meeting and communicate changes throughout Culinary Keep detailed records of orders/invoices, employee certifications and meeting notes Enter Purchase Order requests as requested by F&B/Culinary supervisors and receive the items in once they arrive Any other duties or information requested by Executive Chef
Previous administrative experience required Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, supervisors, and general employees While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
