Job Description

The Customer Engagement Analyst is responsible in-depth analysis to drive revenue growth and increase profitability across multiple sales channels, product categories, and business strategies. The role will embed themselves sales functions of the organization to provide support and complex data sets for a wide range of customer relationships, sales and product opportunities, and cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Role: Highly motivated to drive continuous improvement across multiple sales channels and different business functions Working with large amounts of data to analyze products, services, sales strategies, and market trends The role must be an effective communicator using consistent, concise, and well-informed verbal and written communication with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to see a project through from beginning to end Proven ability to create and implement strategic visions to improve offerings to our existing and future customer base Highly organized with ability to work multiple projects with large data sets at the same time Investigate and implement innovative commercialization and go to market strategies across multiple product offerings Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to read and analyze financial statements, produce financial models, and present findings in clearly organized and succinct manner Working knowledge of a vast array of primary research methodologies and secondary data sources with an ability to recommend the right approach at the right Create and maintain protocols and standard work procedures using key performance indicators and other metrics related to customer relationships and sales delivery mechanisms Use enterprise software tools to aggregate data to be used in strategic plans, presentations, budget analysis Engage with customers and sales agents to research and present complex data sets to inform continuous improvements across the organization Develop feedback loops with customers and customer-facing teams to stay abreast of key market dynamics and implications for go to market strategies Work with sales leadership to deliver on sales enablement needs and assist in selling process as needed
Qualifications, Skills, Experience: College Degree Experience in strategy, analytics, sales with focus in CPG, Food Service, Distribution or related field with emphasis in B2B or B2C beverage markets Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, cost accounting, audit, project management, internal sales, data management/mining or related skills Exceptional understanding of P&L and how specific decisions impact performance of customer relationships and/or overall performance of company High drive with ability to critically think and turn ideas into actionable plans that can be presented to company leadership Highly collaborative and organized with initiative to investigate problems and create solutions Demonstrated hands-on analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on tactical, practical execution and on driving results collaboratively and through influence.
