The Value You Will Add : We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will bring their subject matter expertise to help Lindt (USA) provide our customers and valued partners with consistent high levels of service, timely and accurate communication, and solutions that support our collective business objectives. Your contributions are an essential part of Lindt’s supply chain. Your daily operations supply cross-functional support to the wholesale division and drive positive performance metrics pertaining to logistic goals. Additionally you are responsible for accurately advancing customer POs and ensuring on-time delivery of wholesale orders.
The Location: Lindt (USA) is based in Stratham, NH. Our employees live and work just minutes from local beaches, skip over to Massachusetts or Maine for weekend outings, and enjoy hundreds of restaurants, boutiques, theaters and breweries in neighboring Portsmouth, NH.
The Skills That Will Make You Successful in This Role:
Required, but not limited to Minimum five years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting (or a combination of education and experience) Demonstrated proficiency with a computer and MS software ERP systems experience Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent knowledge of logistics and order processing in a manufacturing environment Proficient in Excel Ability to multi-task and operate effectively and professionally in demanding situations Associates degree
Preferred: Bachelors degree
