We're looking for a driven, passionate, talented digital marketing intern to join our growing performance marketing team! This person will work closely with our paid media manager, marketing coordinator, and other team members that include organic search, email and analytics leads, learning about their trades and what it takes to be a digital marketing superstar. This role is an integral part of our marketing team that will help introduce Brady to our target audience and convert them to loyal customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Co-manage paid search/PPC campaign optimizations and identify growth opportunities Build and run landing page tests to increase conversion Track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget Report on weekly performance with focus on program KPIs Partner with marketing team members to develop and execute integrated campaigns across channels Stay on top of always changing digital marketing landscape, industry news and emerging technologies Assist with SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, content and display advertising campaigns
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Working towards a bachelor degree in communications, marketing/business or related degree Sophomore standing or higher with good academic standing Coursework or some related experience in digital marketing Can understand and manipulate data using excel or google sheets Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with ability to work cross functionally Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Eagerness to learn
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Classroom or out of school experience including Paid search experience Google Campaign Manager Marketing business case development HTML, CSS or SQL Experience working with big data sets Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Ecommerce 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
