Responsible for the specialized care of individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Supports individual(s) in a medical based facility, with 24 nursing care, to include total assistance for activities of daily living and personal care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting. May accompany individual(s) to a variety of scheduled medical appointments, completing pre/post paperwork, as needed. May transport an individual, following vehicle policy and procedure and adhering to Pennsylvania driving laws. Documents individual daily progress report in individual’s electronic health record; updates all communication logs as directed. Immediately reports to the shift supervisor, any uncharacteristic situation(s) for appropriate direction.
