Merakey is currently seeking Direct Support Providers to join our Managed Long-Term Support Services (MLTSS) program in Allegheny County!
We provide assistance and support with several activities of daily living including: Meal Preparation and Assistance Light House Keeping Laundry Bed Making Dressing Feeding Bathing Toileting Personal Hygiene Ambulation/Bedbound Care
Other duties include: Encourage shared decision making and self-determination Encourage and assist with social interactions and social activities Document and report daily tasks completion on individual’s status Accompany individual to medical appeasements if assigned Supervision of individuals to maintain safety Assist individuals with community integration Assist individuals to gain and improve independent living skills Shopping/errand assistance if assigned Respite for natural supports such as parents, family, friends of individual supported. Complete all training assigned Follow all documentation and visit verification requirements Provide transportation in staffs private vehicle as assigned Performs other duties as assigned
