The Director, E-Commerce works cross functionally with others across marketing, merchandising and also across business units to lead, execute and measure success for our consumer ecommerce strategy.Own the eCommerce Strategy and Delivery of eCommerce Business Plan
Lead development and implementation of corporate e-commerce strategy
Own development and delivery of Annual Operating Plan, to include revenue, expense and profit components.
Define and deliver the vision, business plan, roadmap, and key metric objectives for the expansion of eCommerce channel capabilities, partnering with other critical, supporting functions to ensure internal company-wide alignment.
Track and report sales and financials to Global Channels and Focus Brands Leadership Team.
Deliver Digital Marketing/Content/Merchandising Best Practices
Collaborate with PIM team to ensure product content acquisition and creation meets our retail requirements.
Manage 3rd party vendors across content creation and syndication eco-system.
Conduct full funnel marketing efforts to achieve traffic, revenue, loyalty and conversion goals.
Collaborate with merchandising and category management partners to enhance brand story.
Achieve revenue growth through SEM, Email, Social, Digital and Affiliate Marketing. Establish and measure clear KPIs around customer acquisition, conversion, brand reach, retention, etc. and driving necessary tactics to maximize value from all sources of traffic.
Manage teams or oversight of external vendors and agency relationships as necessary for online marketing programs including: PPC, Display, and Programmatic.
Drive Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new partners and vendors; expand relationships with existing partners. Manage the relationship with partners -- including product accountability and providing guidance on advertising and promotions.
Actively drive sales by working closely with partners' buying and marketing teams.
Leverage Marketing and Insights to understand technology trends and the evolution of consumer buying behavior and apply within the development of commercial plans to maximize our full potential.
Win with Analytics
Deliver tracking and reporting with internal partners incl biz dev, finance, and customer.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on client KPIs, identifying deeper learnings & implications
Serve as SME
Serve as the corporate SME in the digital space to inform the business through the continuous intake and implementation of gold standard practices, emergence of new platforms, and industry performance overall.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business management or related field Req

7-10 years of experience in an ecommerce environment with complex categories. Req
3+ years of leadership experience. Req
Must be comfortable being hands-on and "in the details" while able to engage with stakeholders at many levels. Req
Experience with content syndication tools and Performance Marketing./
* Experience with order/catalog management tools like Channel Advisor, CommerceHub
* Experience with the Google Marketing Platform including Analytics, AdWords and Tag Manager
* Experience managing paid channels including PPC, social, programmatic
* Experience with SEO concepts and practices * Familiarity with SaaS e-commerce platforms
