Job Description

CE Northeast sells and distributes Carrier, Bryant, and Payne residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through Branch locations and a dealer network.

Our dealers are independent companies that sell, install and service Carrier, Bryant and Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-directed and results-oriented Business Development Manager based in West Caldwell, NJ. The Business Development Manager will be an integral part of the management team.

This position will report to the President and lead a team of Business Development Representative (BDR) professionals to drive sales and margin growth for the Northeast region.

Responsibilities: Manage BDR team(s) in achieving sales and margin growth goals Conduct weekly progress reviews on account activity with BDR's Be an advocate of the sales channel to develop, execute and monitor sales programs Develop and implement market growth strategies that drive results for this sales channel Use technology and analyze metrics/data to achieve goals; build on Opportunity Process Report out to management on results and actions being taken; track % sales, %GM growth, % sales online, account activity, and account management Perform general leadership responsibilities which include employee training, coaching and development
Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field

3-5 years of experience driving sales through digital channels

Success in defining, launching and measuring effective digital marketing programs.

Hands-on skills in E-commerce platforms, email marketing tools such as Bronto, Live Chat, more

Mastery of Microsoft Office suite

Strong ability for branding and identity creation

Extensive knowledge and familiarity with the digital media space

Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent writing skills

Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp different technologies and overcome technical issues

Proven success managing relationships with external vendors

Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

Extremely detailed oriented and superior communication skills

Experience with website content management & Google analytics

Samples of previous digital marketing work required for consideration
