Reporting to Sr Director Edible Nuts, the eCommerce Sales Specialist will support the West Coast online sales and customer key account relationships. This position will be responsible for proving support to the eCommerce Sales team to drive the immediate, as well as the longer term, OlamNuts.com agenda. This position will focus on supporting the development, implementation, and management of a sales plan, as well as aid in the acquisition of new customers to expand the sales depth of current customers. This role will also require extensive usage of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, understanding of web platform, google analytics, and Microsoft excel. The eCommerce Sales Specialist will liaise with other functions such as marketing, fulfillment, warehousing, and manufacturing facilities to meet customer needs and for customer reach out programs.

They will have the ability to work independently and within a team environment on a wide variety of project. Ability to organize, pay attention to detail, and meet competing demands will be required for success in this position. This position will support the OlamNuts.com. OlamNuts.com US eCommerce team is building capabilities that leverage strengths in eCommerce sales, distribution, digital marketing, and product/package development to enhance online relevance and sustainable long-term advantage. The ecommerce channel allows incremental margins, through a distribution strategy of selling to Large, Small & Medium brands, manufacturers, resellers & Hotel Restaurant & Caterers/Cafes (HoReCA) segment.
Own the eCommerce customer sales relationship and key account management. Support the development and plan of the eCommerce Customer Strategy. Ensure strategies to drive revenue growth and incremental margins for accounts are adhered to. Effectively work with supply chain, operations, and Go-To Market teams to align on priority projects and strategy to win in the space. Partner with the Product teams to give customer related feedback for assortment, content, and conversion. Work with Senior eCommerce Leadership to develop tools, such as annual plans and forecasts, by incorporating sales and marketing inputs, to create a sales plan and measure success against that plan. Leverage customer feedback and market trends to educate and influence management and staff to act in the best interest of the internal and external stakeholders. Support eCommerce leadership in presenting finding and identifying potential sales increases. work actively to become a subject matter expert on current technology platforms (HubSpot, CRM), Excel, and search engine optimization (SEO) Tools, as well as those to be implemented in the future to assist with sales activities and identify and execute solutions. Perform other duties as assigned .
High School Diploma is required. Some college experience is preferred. Two (2) years of Sales experience is required. Some sales experience in related industry is preferred. Effective communication with various types of stakeholder audiences is required. Strong communication, both verbal and written, and persuasion skills are required. Proven success gaining cross-functional alignment with an ability to influence to gain project / program support is preferred. Experience with the development of strategic business plans, annual operating plan tools and execution tactics, channel strategy development is preferred. Strong focus on Customer experience and service is required for this role. Strong level of influence and negotiation skills are required. Ability to partner with multiple teams, both globally and stateside, is required. Must be able to be a problem solver and handle multiple tasks effectively. Proven ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations is required. High level of integrity and trust with strong ethics/values are required. Individual should have a proven track record of being action oriented with an ability to make timely decisions and act confidently with ambiguity. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
