Responsible for e-books customer service. Responsible for distribution of work flow in E-Books & Shopgoodwill Oversee all aspects of E-Book Operation receipt of items through shipping. Maintain direct communication with E-Book Customer Service. Must have basic computer skills, be task oriented, and a highly accountable/dependable individual. Effectively commuicate with staff and management. Must be able to lift over 30 pounds, bend-over and mover materials as required. Communicte to customers by e-mail or phone.
