As an SAP EDI Analyst, you will assist with the support of the SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with extensive knowledge about EDI and SAP Environment. Working closely with IT, Logistics, Customer Service and external trading partners, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining the electronic data interchange systems between companies. This includes monitoring, analyzing, issue resolution and providing maintenance and troubleshooting support for the business daily.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys resolving issues and does well working independently in a dynamic and fast based environment.
This position is hybrid remote. Support Work cross-functionally between departments on business processes and SAP System to promote and optimize continuous improvements with use of best practice Enter and maintain Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) trading partners in SAP S/4 HANA environment Support internal resources to resolve issues, answer questions, and retransmit EDI documents Review SAP segments for different EDI maps and work with trading partners to correct IDOCs and coordinate with IT to map trading partners. Collaborate with Business, internal IT team, EDI service provider and trading partners Comply with documentation and testing standards Address any queries, concerns or issues raised by Trading Partners
Maintenance and Administration Monitor and analyze SAP IDOCs. Resolve SAP for failed IDocs related to EDI (UPC codes, DUNS, pricing, etc.,) Monitor and analyze EDI documents Resolve IBM Inflight portal for failed EDI documents Support business with applicable EDI master data maintenance in SAP Facilitate creation and/or extension of EDI messages as needed by Business Once set up, test new/extended EDI trading partner relationships or messages (maps) and support in production Monitor IBM Inflight portal and applicable subsystems to identify, analyze and work with IT to resolve errors related to various EDI interfaces to sales and distribution systems (messages 810, 856, 875, 940, 945, etc.). Monitor orders from ecommerce and web portals
