Essential Job Functions: Greets guests at the table. Takes food and beverage order. Responds to guest questions regarding food preparation and menu. Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines. Serves food and beverages. Directs bus person and assists as needed in the clearing of tables. Completes required side work. Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. One or more years high volume food service experience required. Knowledge of food and beverage order processing systems. Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
Physical and Mental Demands: Regularly required to see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, frequently required to stoop and kneel. Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions. Ability to count.
