WHAT YOU'LL DO Oversee a territory of Franchised units to assist Franchisees with cultivating successful business performance while meeting HBH standards and food safety guidelines. Build constructive relationships with Franchisees. Acts as a liaison between Franchisee and HBH Corporate staff. Plan meetings with Franchisees to provide assistance with building business plans to maximize store impact. Maintain expertise in areas such as sales, merchandising, production, quality, standards of compliance and the point-of-sale systems. Actively participate in all phases of training for a new Franchisee. Monitor and assist in new store openings in the territory. Provide oversight for franchise store remodels to ensures they are completed to HBH standards Support implementation of new products and procedures. Communicate effectively with peers and colleagues to forge a collaborative work environment. WHAT WE THINK YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years in a franchised environment. Multi-unit supervisory experience in the retail/restaurant field preferred with a demonstrated record of excellent customer service and quality standards, as well as experience training and developing employees. ServeSafe certification is strongly preferred. Along with operational expertise, the role requires strong business acumen, computer skills (particularly in Word and Excel), excellent communication skills across the board along and excellent interpersonal skills. The nature of this role really demands top notch organizational and planning skills along with strong analytical and problem solving skills.    WHAT ELSE? TRAVEL The role requires about 60% - 75% travel, so you must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence, keep a good driving record and maintain a specified minimum level of automobile insurance coverage.
