Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at our luxury association, 1515 Union House located in San Francisco, CA. The Front Desk Supervisor reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the oversight, training and development of the Front Desk Staff. As an initial point of contact for for people entering the lobby, must at all times have a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering the telephones or addressing people who have approached the front desk for assistance. The Front Desk Supervisor will act as a liaison between building Management and Residents. She/He will also be responsible for the performance of all Front Desk staff. She/He will also be required to cover any gaps in scheduled coverage that may arise from time to time. She/He will be also be responsible for the tracking of all guests, deliveries and vendors that come to the property and ensuring that all have proper approval from Residents and/or Management to enter the premises.

Assist residents with problems or issues that do not need direct Management involvement Conduct periodic inspections of the parking garages, Terrace Level, and perimeter of property to ensure all areas are properly secured; report any issues to the appropriate party for follow up. Review and be familiar with the Association's Governing Documents, CC&R's and the Rules and Regulations of High Rise for compliance by Residents and guests Conduct and report investigations involving complaints relating to violations of High Rise Rules & Regulations or any other incidents involving security and or parking Packages/Mail: Handles and sorts all incoming and outgoing mail for High Rise Directly interacts and coordinates with contractors, moving/storage companies and any other vendor to assist Residents. Document the acceptance of parcels (or other deliveries) by denoting the package log and completing the appropriate notification for the Resident Notify the proper Resident when a parcel has been accepted on their behalf and have Resident sign the package log when they receive the parcel Monitor security cameras and systems; report abnormal circumstances to Management or Law Enforcement and document detailed entries on the appropriate Management Report Must be familiar with all emergency procedures and assists with training of personnel on all evacuation and emergency procedures
