Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist supports the company’s human capital through facilitation of daily activities in various human capital management (HCM) systems and related projects, as well as supporting operational partners in the reconciliation of time associated with daily production labor activities. Samples of HCM applications include, but are not limited to ADP (EV5, Reporting, Recruiting, Talent Management, & eTime). 



This position is responsible for maintaining compliance of digital and physical employee information and adherence to company policies and procedures, supporting new systems launch and integration into current processes.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES

Provide general system related administrative support Accurate and timely data entry in support of various teams and HCM processes Maintenance of physical and digital files & related documents Assist with operational labor balancing and corrections Research & provide information for recurring internal audit processes according to established timelines Ensure compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley and business policies and procedures Other duties and special projects as assigned Work with multiple stakeholders in other locations
Strong self-starter with initiative, able to take tasks through completion with strong results 2-year degree or additional higher education is desired. 2-4 years of related work experience preferred in data entry or related detailed field Very strong organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines with accurate and detailed results. Top candidates for this position will have at least two years of related experience with ADP Enterprise, eTime and Recruit Management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.
