The Manager of Operations Services is responsible for facilitating the successful achievement of organizational goals through providing operations support and project management. He/she serves as a conduit between store operations and the corporate support center to ensure consistent execution of brand standards. Operations Management • Proactively communicates and collaborates with multiple levels within the organization and multiple departments, and vendors to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the desired information, reports, updates, or feedback. • Ensures company operations' facilities, safety equipment and assets are maintained in accordance with company and governmental standards. • Serves as liaison between operations and all departments. • Ensures that corporate policies and standards of excellence are uniformly understood and administered. 70% Project Management • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Plans, executes, and monitors results to ensure projects achieve the desired outcomes. • Work independently or with teams to move projects to completion. • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. • Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. • Completes other duties and special projects as needed. 30% Education Bachelor's Degree Work Experience • 5-7 years of quick-service, full-service, franchise and/or hospitality industry experience Pref • Experience managing projects Pref Skills and Abilities •Proficiency in computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook •Excellent writing and communication skills •Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to be flexible and effectively work with others as a team. •Ability to take direction and work independently to achieve objectives • Adept in Technology, Verbal & Written Communication, Organization, Time Management, Strategic Planning, Resourcefulness, Detail-Oriented. • Knowledge of POS and BOH systems and functionalities • Strong analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments. • Ability to work independently and carry out a variety of critical and time sensitive projects without detailed instructions. •Ability to work with diverse individuals to collect the necessary information. •Ability to identify information, materials, and resources needed to complete a project or assignment. •Ability to develop detailed and specific procedures and processes outlining the steps to follow in completing department, program and/or project tasks. •Ability to be flexible in adapting to changes in priorities, assignments, and other interruptions, which may impact pre-established timelines and courses of action for completing projects and assignments.
