Brady is looking for a data and analytics passionate intern who can work with the digital marketing and ecommerce teams to design, implement and maintain actionable data systems. This person will share responsibility in identifying hidden opportunities within data and working with teams to implement tests to improve performance. This role will support strategic and regularly recurring decision making such as marketing channel measurement, customer analytics, incrementality testing and ecommerce conversion improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with marketing and ecommerce teams to design and execute incrementality tests to merchandise, market, grow, and
target customers Assist with data management projects with IT partners to expand data architecture for marketing campaigns, website
engagement, transactional and CRM data Track and report funnel conversion metrics such as website traffic, leads, opportunities and orders to key stakeholders Learn and apply data analysis techniques and tools, manipulate and analyze data from varying sources, connect findings to
business initiatives which results in recommendations and collaboration with key stakeholders to implement changes Use existing analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, etc.) Support ad hoc project requests from marketing leadership
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Pursuing a bachelor degree in business/marketing, statistics, data analytics, math or related field Sophomore standing or higher with good academic standing Some knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar platform Ability to clearly present data for stakeholders Strong problem solving skills Eagerness to learn
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Coursework or any experience in: Access SQL (Azure, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) Visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Testing Some experience in marketing/media/ecommerce/CRM analytics Proactive, positive, self-starter attitude 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
