Multi-National Program Manager

Full-time, (Home)based in the US

In this role you will manage all aspects of assigned client portfolio for our global accounts. The Multi – National Program Manager is responsible for handling client retention, contract negotiation, implementation and business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability) and many more. You work well with internal and external local country contacts to accomplish client goals.

 

A snapshot of this opportunity Collaborate with Regional and Local Account Managers to help develop regional business plans on a global level Plan and execute quarterly business reviews and create action for deficiencies Develop Service Level Agreement for Service, Financial, MIS/CDS, Program Performance, Technology and Communication indicators, as applicable Increase revenues by Up-Sell and Cross-Sell of products and services that meet the client's needs Identify opportunities to use global technology tools and new processes Direct personnel recruiting, hiring, and separation Demonstrate and communicate the value that BCD Travel provides to the client

How you can set yourself apart Extensive expensive of travel industry experience in account management or management role You have large market and global client management experience Well-established career in the travel industry Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
