Job Description

Merakey is seeking an Operations Coordinator Adult Behavioral Health Division in our Broussard, LA location.

 

This position provides a variety of high-level administrative functions to support a department / operating division.  The role monitors and influences the department/division to ensure efficient and effective operations.

 

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

Coordination and Project Support Coordinates flow of work across the division and support departments to ensure task completion. Ensures completion of goals and tasks through working with others and/or working independently. Conducts research and concisely articulates findings. Assists and supports activities, processes, and initiatives to meet business needs. May serve as the lead on small projects and represent division on large projects to ensure follow-up with division on completion of tasks. Collaborate with staff from other departments to develop and execute project/activity work Analyze project/task/activity progress and performance as well as elevate and/or resolve issues to ensure appropriate action and response to maintain timelines. Develops tools/systems to track, coordinate and complete tasks and deliverables. Reviews operating practices, recommends and implement improvements where needed. Provides routine updates to management through reports and activity updates

 

 

Administrative / Operational Support Creates a well-organized environment for stakeholders, responding to routine to moderately complex inquires. Triages, responds and/or delegates tasks, call and emails appropriately. Compiles data and utilizes software programs to provide analyses in an easy understandable format.  Provides basic to intermediate analysis and interpretation of data including trends, cause, and effect. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to analyze and formally present data in a professional, clear, and concise manner. Creates and maintains moderately complex spreadsheets, databases, correspondence, documentation, presentations with limited direction that is referenced by management. Conducts research and compiles information. May provide staffing support as needed.

 

Meeting, Follow-up, and Coordination Schedules appointments, meetings, video conferences, etc. as needed to coordinate and complete tasks. Gathers and organizes information across the operations to ensure coordination and completion of tasks. Organizes meetings and/or events coordinating and independently compiling information for agenda and presentation(s). Facilitate and manage meetings and conference calls to ensure completion of activities and deliverables. May prepare minutes and lessons learned, following up with participants as needed to ensure coordination and completion of tasks. Liaison with internal stakeholders to move process, systems, delegated tasks from supports forward across the division(s). Regularly participates in meetings to ensure follow-up on tasks and deliverables.

 

Miscellaneous Maintains and ensures that confidentiality along with ensuring that all day-to-day aspects of compliance are being followed. Complies with Merakey Policy and Procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
