Merakey is currently seeking a Permanency Coordinator (full time) to join our Children's and Family Services Division in our McKean County, PA location (Smethport, Bradford, Kane, Port Allegheny, PA area).
The permanency coordinator will be completing SWAN units of service referrals from county children and youth offices to include child profiles, child preparation, child specific recruitment, family profiles and finalizations. As part of the services the permanency coordinator will be responsible in completing file reviews at county children and youth agencies as well as meeting with youth/families to complete the tasks of the services referred.

Minimum requirement high school diploma, this individual will possess at least one (1) year of experience working in the child welfare or closely related field.
Valid Driver's license and use of personal automobile is required.
SWAN experience preferred. The permanency coordinator will complete child profiles, child preparation, child specific recruitment, family profiles, finalization and post permanency services.
