 Respiratory Therapists at The Brooklyn Hospital Center treat a wide patient population ranging from neonates to pediatrics to geriatrics.  You will have opportunities to care for respiratory patients beyond standard cases and possibly gain exposure to patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), sleep disorders or in Palliative Care.  Participating on our Rapid Response Teams can also add another dimension to your career experience.

 Working with us also means being involved with expanding disease management, inclusion in cross functional teams, participating in interdisciplinary rounding and utilizing the latest technology.  We are currently making advancements in computer documentation with real-time charting and an automated medication management system.  We also make use of Computers On Wheels (COWs) and leverage innovative Respironic's solutions.
