The Services Program Senior Manager leads our growing team of professionals managing our mobile service and device programs and professional services. The Spirent Fit4Launch team helps our service provider and device customer base launch, benchmark and optimize mobile network services and devices. As Services Senior Manager, you would be responsible for delivering results, growing our services portfolio, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You would work closely with our Services Engineering team and other businesses within Spirent to help our customers assure the user experience delivered by their networks, services, and devices.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience including hands on experience in telecommunications service programs Experience with device certification, Network Benchmarking, and optimization programs preferred Proactive team leader who will advocate for change Excellent understanding of the mobile communications industry Experience in managing a global business and working with customers to achieve shared wins Strong leadership & people management skills, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Proven success with managing by influcence and experience working with cross functional teams Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment, flexible and open-minded Demonstrated analytical and project management skills Ability to effectively present information Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
