Job Summary:
The marketing analyst will be a lead contributor in executing marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to appropriately position the company and its prescription benefit and specialty pharmacy solutions, as well as better demonstrate value, create demand and generate leads.
With a well-rounded marketing background the person in this role will also create and monitor campaigns that will include social media, blog, email, lead generation/marketing automation, content development, and etc.
The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, developing creative solutions and collaborating with team members and internal customers . Additionally, candidate should have a natural curiosity to find out how things work, research the problem/solution and be able to explain it to different marketing audiences using simple terms and concepts .

Job Responsibilities:
The main three areas this position will focus on: Award winning marketing that generates B2B sales leads Increasing brand awareness and thought leadership in marketplace Client retention Implementation of marketing strategies, plans, campaigns and monitoring budgets. Participate in implementing the company story, value proposition and key messages Implement marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives. Develop marketing content (emails, case studies, presentations, articles, blogs, social media posts, etc.) and coordinate its development, approval processes and distribution. Coordinate marketing automation and lead generation programs (landing pages, content offers, social media, infographics, newsletter, etc.). Build/update website pages. Gather and analyze marketing research data to create marketplace scans, competitor product comparisons and etc., and share with key stakeholders. Mine industry publications and internal data for statistics that can help support the company's story and demonstrate value. Build, work with and maintain relationships with sales, client services, product management and other internal stakeholders. As needed, work with agency and vendor relationships. Additional duties as assigned. Some travel may be required.
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required preferably in Marketing, Business, and Journalism, Communications or an equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of three years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in a health care related field. PBM or health plan experience is a plus. Prior experience with marketing automation, content creation, campaign development, execution and monitoring is required.
Key Skills/Competencies: Strong B2B and B2C marketing knowledge. Familiar with marketing strategy using targeted audiences, personas and segments. Proven experience working on marketing campaigns and projects from planning and execution to the monitoring and evaluation stage. Proven experience in both traditional and digital marketing including social media, lead generation, marketing automation, email campaigns, SEO, public relations, etc.
(portfolio/samples required that showcase marketing technology (MarTech) and writing experience). Required: Prior experience with Marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo or other) . Website content management system (CMS) (Kentico, SiteCore, WordPress or other). CRM databases (MS-Dynamics, Salesforce, or other). Google analytics, tracking and reporting. Familiar with SEO, PPC, SEM. Familiar with HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite. Must have: Hands-on in-house content writing experience. Nice to have: Working in a health care compliance regulated marketing department (experience with CMS and URAC). Outstanding writing and proofreading skills (testing required). Advanced communication skills: written, verbal and active listening. Experience supporting sales teams and initiatives. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team. Use of good judgement and decision making. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills.
