The Sr. IT Procurement & Sourcing Analyst position is part of the Information Technology Department and is responsible for working with leaders across the organization purchasing products and services in adherence to acquisition guidelines. This includes strategic sourcing, drafting Terms and Conditions, contract administration and engaging in supplier negotiations. Help establish, manage, and ensure compliance with Procurement Policy & Procedures, and strategies that align with company objectives. Serve as the key liaison between vendor and stakeholder executives to proactively develop and manage sourcing plans, lead complex and highly visible sourcing projects, including RFI’s and RFP’s, and negotiate procurement. Other responsibilities include researching contract and payment related issues, acquisition and spend reporting, and providing ad hoc analytical and project support.
Position Responsibilities: Responsible for IT related category spend, leading work activities such as development and distribution and evaluation of RFx proposal packages, financial analysis (i.e., total cost of ownership (TCO), price and terms & conditions negotiations, management of compliance and dispute resolution. Apply advanced sourcing principles, theories, and concepts and project management and negotiation approaches on all sourcing projects. Help establish, educate improve and ensure compliance with IT Procurement Policy and Procedures. Build strong relationships and consult with key stakeholders to ensure optimal economic benefit while completing purchases of products and services in adherence to acquisition guidelines and schedules. Understand implications of solutions and decisions on company goals. Develop Terms and Conditions and other various contract documents in consultation with the Legal Department and leaders within AWG. Develop negotiating strategies and contract maintenance with other leaders in the department; ensuring appropriate prioritization of work, achievement of corporate savings objectives, and alignment with customer expectation for IT contracts across multiple business units. Research variances between purchase orders and invoices and provide ad hoc analytical and project support. Conduct market analysis, IT spend analysis, identify savings opportunities. Work with stakeholders to ensure appropriate supplier performance (scorecards, business reviews, etc.) Ensure proper historical archiving of licenses and contracts in alignment with IT and Legal standards.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience. 4+ years of IT sourcing project experience, including RFP, negotiations, drafting, redlining contracts, sourcing analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Subject matter expertise in the IT spend category (SaaS, Hardware/Software, Services, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven project management skills and ability to prepare clear and concise communication across a broad spectrum of audiences. Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Advanced ability to interpret legal language within a contract and process complex data.
