Job Description

Mood Media Corporation is a leading in-store media specialist that uses a mix of music, visual and scent media to help its clients communicate with consumers with a view to driving incremental sales at the point-of-purchase. Operating through its two principal divisions; In-Store Media and Retail Point-of-Purchase; Mood Media Corporation works with more than 800 retail chains in more than 40 countries throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

 

Summary:

 

The Program Management Office is responsible for the management and/or assistance in the identification, evaluation and management of ideas and concepts that result in continuous improvement within the company.

 

PMO Project Manager Duties:
Facilitate implementation of strategic organizational projects aligned with Mood’s business goals.
Schedule meetings with stakeholders as needed and assist in the development of the presentation and published meeting notes.
Manage employee idea submissions to the Program Manage Office, schedule monthly review meetings and communicate to stakeholders on status.
Maintain the Program Management Office Mood Sharepoint page.
Responsible for development and administration of various ongoing company-wide projects and initiatives as set forth by management.
Facilitates collaboration and operates closely with management on discrete, classified and complex projects. 
Conducts Project Management related to projects and initiatives that are in the development, roll-out, implementation or ongoing status.
Ensures completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines; track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary work flow and accountability. Make recommendations or alterations when necessary to meet expectations of projects and initiatives; analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize projects and initiatives and/or ability to meet agreed upon deliverables; analyze critical support areas. 
Acts as liaison between team members and application technology developers, often including creation of training documentation and facilitation of training. 
Performs any other related duties incidental to the work described herein and acts as primary support to management as needed.
Manages relationships with third party partners as required.
Travels when needed to provide oversight and assistance for off-site projects.


Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

College degree preferred as well as prior experience in Project Management or similar field.
Experience in Oracle EBS is required. Oracle Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud recommended.
Strong communication skills required, both written and verbal, which include the ability to communicate with tact and professionalism.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with team members as well as others across the organization.
Ability to collaborate constructively and in a positive manner by objectively listening and considering others’ ideas and suggestions.
Solid working knowledge of company processes and procedures.
Strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team by keeping others informed of issues and working together to find acceptable and practical business solutions.
Strong organizational skills, including ability to multi-task.
