Job Summary & Mission:
The Sr. Social Media Manager, Organic & Community will support the presence, maintenance and growth of R&F's social media channels. Sr. Social Media Manager, Organic & Community will be integral to the Brand team's effort in elevating Brand perception with new and existing consumers. This leader will help position Raymour & Flanigan as a Brand of purpose and authority in the marketplace. They will be responsible for driving the day-to-day management of Raymour & Flanigan's Organic Social channels, community and the execution of Brand stories and cross-channel campaigns.
Direct Roles & Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Develop, implement, optimize and measure purposeful social media content to increase -brand awareness, engage users and drive site traffic. Help shape overall organic social media strategy, audience growth plan, content calendar, and measurement framework with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. Expert in competitive landscape to maximize R&F's relevance in the marketplace.
Build strategies to engage with and respond to R&F's social media community. Determine and implement all social media technologies, leveraging social listening and insight generation/trends while managing cross-platform publishing, comment tracking and response. Maintain reputation management on social channels.
Brand Creative Execution
Work with Creative Team to package editorial stories and creative assets for custom production and implementation across channels. Collaborate with all Brand, Creative and Media teammates to optimize and execute across all social channels. Test, learn and refine creative to inspire and engage consumers.
Campaign Management & People Leadership
Manage a Social Media Team of associates to lead content execution and manage campaigns to reach the right audience at the right place and right time.
Job Requirements 5+ years experience with a demonstrated track record in driving Social Media Marketing Strategy for a best-in-class Company, Brand or Retailer Expert in Social Media landscape Cross-functional integrated marketing experience with a strong background in Content Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Performance Marketing, Ability to influence and gain support/buy-in from Leadership Aptitude to balance creativity with organization and discipline in fast moving, ambiguous environments Entrepreneurial spirit with comfort level working cross-functionally where independent decision making and strong communication are pivotal
