Tax Accountant

FALLS OF NEUSE MANAGEMENT is looking for a Tax Accountant to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Job Description: Reviewing monthly and quarterly sales tax returns prepared by third party. Preparing and filing annual property tax returns Preparing monthly account reconciliation accurately and timely for all assigned accounts Preparing accounting journal entries including accruals and corrections Managing fixed asset depreciation calculation for tax purposes. Assisting with resolving sales and use tax inquiries from AP and Purchasing Assisting with the handling of business license renewals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of indirect tax experience Good verbal and excellent communication skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word Skills Ability to pay close attention to detail and multitask Strong analytical skills
